A legally binding contract will be formed when we send you the Booking Confirmation (with your Booking Reference Number). We recommend that you take a careful note of your Booking Reference Number, as you will need it to check-in and for any future queries. Please note, that we can only check-in the person named in the Booking Confirmation.

If your flight forms part of an inclusive tour/package or is a flight only booking made through a tour operator (as opposed to directly through us) then your documentation received from them will contain your Booking Reference Number.
